With winter fast approaching the Parish Council are mindful of the Grit Bins situated around the village. It is now a requirement by Highways that the Parish Council have a list of volunteers available who will spread grit when the conditions require.

If you have a grit bin near you and would be happy to be listed as a ‘grit spreading volunteer’ please contact the Clerk at clerk@hepworthvillage.co.uk or 01359 250037.

If you notice the grit bin near you needs to be replenished also contact the Clerk as above.
