March 2025:
Sunny, warm and an exceptionally dry month. Total rainfall 1.6 mm. The driest March in my record (2009) and the second driest month in any year. (May 2020 holds that record with 1.3 mm). Warm days but some sharp frosts at night, particularly during the first half of the month
April 2025:
A very dry, warm and sunny month but often tempered by cool easterly breezes during the day. Some ground and air frost during the first week. Exceptionally warm ending to the month, with some large diurnal range of temperature.
