The Scarecrow Competition saw a wide range of fantastic Scarecrows in the village, the judges had a very difficult time to pick the winners as the variety and quality was so good.

In the end the winner was Steph Arnold with Johnny Depp followed by Robin and Julie Filby with the Ploughman and then in 3rd place Emily and Paige Fuller with Petal the Summer Fairy.

Many thanks to everyone who entered and made it a fun weekend. Thanks to Ron and Mags Morrison for judging, Jane and Trevor Beaumont and Louise Robinson for prizes and leaflet distribution.

Very well done to all the entrants for your creative skills.
