A big Thank You to Maureen and Ron Bacon for all their hard work organising an excellent Flower Festival at St Peters Church.

The theme this year was Wedding Anniversaries and this clearly captured the imagination of the participants who all produced beautiful displays. Anniversaries represented included Cotton, Wood, Paper Crystal and Ceramic amongst many others.

By the end of the weekend we understand that over £200 had been raised for the church – a fantastic effort.

Many thanks also to all who came and enjoyed the displays and the wonderful teas and cakes!
